Ravi Kiran Bhaskar (RKB) is passionate about, and specializes in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and High-performance Computing. A software professional with over 20 years of experience, RKB’s contributions to the field of medicine and biotechnology include devising AI-focused strategies and applications for hospitals, healthcare services and clinicians.

RKB also successfully developed an ML model to reliably detect Hypertension (in collaboration with University of Glasgow, UK) based on patient records. RK also lead a team of diverse professionals with medical, data science, research and business experience for COVID-19 Open Research Dataset Challenge (CORD-19) organized by AI2, CZI, MSR, Georgetown, NIH & The White House.

RKB has an M.S in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, USA and B.E in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University, India.
